Set within a working mango plantation, this is one of the Festival’s most iconic and sought-after experiences.

Beneath fragrant blossoms and dappled afternoon light, guests gather around an elegantly styled long table stretching through the orchard. Curated by award-winning chef Jessica Roe, the menu celebrates the extraordinary produce of the Gascoyne through refined, seasonal dining deeply connected to place.

As conversation lingers and the sun begins to soften across the plantation, the experience becomes something far beyond lunch — immersive, intimate and almost dreamlike.
