A Feast Beneath the Outback Sky
Bullara Beef Feast brought guests together beneath the vast outback skies of Bullara Station for an evening celebrating Gascoyne beef, local stories and the region’s pastoral heritage.
The experience began with sunset snacks on the lawn before guests moved into the historic woolshed for a shared feast centred around slow-cooked beef, native ingredients and open-fire cooking.
Set against the raw beauty of the station, the evening combined food, storytelling and connection in a setting that felt distinctly Gascoyne.
Wines from Dream Bird Wines were paired throughout the experience, while live music and a late-night DJ set carried the celebration into the evening.
Rugged, warm and deeply connected to place, Bullara Beef Feast captured the character of the Gascoyne through food, landscape and community.
