TASTE OF THE GASCOYNE FOOD TRAIL
For the duration of the Gascoyne Food Festival, eateries across the Gascoyne will come together to create a region-wide culinary trail celebrating the extraordinary flavours, produce and creativity of the region.
From Carnarvon to Exmouth and beyond, participating cafés, restaurants, pubs and venues will each showcase a signature Festival dish inspired by the Gascoyne — inviting locals and visitors alike to eat, explore and discover the region through food.
GASCOYNE FOOD TRAIL
Discover the Region One Dish at a Time
This year, there’s one delicious theme connecting the trail: “Put a Prawn On It.”
As part of the region’s recovery efforts, Sea Harvest Australia has proudly covered the entry fee for all participating eateries, encouraging venues across the region to get involved and celebrate one of the true jewels of the Gascoyne seafood story — Exmouth Wild Prawns and Shark Bay Wild Prawns.
Wild-caught in the pristine waters of Western Australia and certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), these premium prawns will feature across the Festival trail in dishes ranging from refined restaurant experiences to relaxed coastal favourites.
Guests are encouraged to dine their way across the region and vote for their favourite Food Trail experience for the chance to win fantastic prizes.
Whether you’re road-tripping the coastline, exploring hidden regional gems or simply searching for the best prawn dish in the Gascoyne, the Taste of the Gascoyne Food Trail is your invitation to experience the region one plate at a time.
